Job Overview We are seeking a warehouse shipping associate to hire in Pearlington, MS. This is an hourly position working closely with other warehouse personnel. Position hours are generally 7:00am - 4:00pm but might vary. Must be willing to work overtime and work in all weather conditions. Attention to detail and reliable transportation needed. Must pass a drug screen and background check. Pay depends on experience. Responsibilities Maintain stock levels through stocking activities, inventory counts, and cycle counts to support warehouse distribution accuracy. Utilize basic math skills to verify quantities, calculate weights, and ensure proper order fulfillment. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all warehouse operations. Previous warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving, Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks a plus Computer skills and knowledge of programs a must Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory control and order processing. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items regularly, and operate warehouse equipment safely throughout shifts. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
