Immediate General Laborer Job Openings Available Must be open to heavy lifting - Training is Provided We're hiring hardworking team members to assemble athletic mats, padding, and protective equipment used in gyms, schools, and sports facilities across the country. What You'll Do Assemble foam-filled mats and athletic padding Insert and fit foam into vinyl and fabric covers Use hand tools and tape measures Inspect products for quality Move materials and finished products throughout the facility What We're Looking For Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or other hands-on work experience preferred Ability to use basic hand tools and read a tape measure Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Willing to work overtime when needed Important Job Details Very physical, labor-intensive role Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of large foam products Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift Warm, non-climate-controlled facility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnton, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
