• Job Description
• The Warehouse Associate supports receiving, inventory control, material movement, and shipping operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role receives and inventories raw materials and components, supplies materials to production, maintains organized warehouse and finished-goods areas, and prepares completed products for shipment using material handling equipment and RF scanners.
• Responsibilities
• + Receive incoming raw materials and components, verify accuracy against documentation, and record all receipts in the inventory system.

+ Inventory and track materials and finished goods to maintain accurate stock levels and support production planning.

+ Pick and stage materials and components for production orders using RF scanners and established procedures.

+ Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move, load, and unload materials and finished products.

+ Maintain organized and clearly labeled warehouse storage areas and finished-goods locations to support efficient material flow.

+ Prepare completed products for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders for outbound transport.

+ Handle loading and unloading of trucks and other delivery vehicles in a safe and timely manner.

+ Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to communicate, track inventory information, and complete required documentation.

+ Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures while lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing 2550 pounds.

+ Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure materials and finished goods are available when needed and orders ship on time.

• Essential Skills
• + At least 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or similar environment.

+ Ability to lift and move 2550 pounds on a regular basis.

+ Valid drivers license.

+ Experience with inventory, order picking, and material handling in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

+ Ability to use RF scanners for picking and inventory transactions.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in receiving, picking, and shipping tasks.

• The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
