RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick parts and materials for production work orders and customer sales orders. Put stock away from purchase order (PO) and work order (WO) receipts into designated bins and bulk storage areas. Prepare instrument shipping sets, accessory boxes, and production pre-kits. Cut tubing and perform accessory box assembly activities. Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with identifying inventory errors. Issue materials and perform material transfers within SAP. Receive incoming shipments by unloading materials, verifying quantities, and receiving purchase orders in SAP. Open boxes, confirm quantities, and properly dispose of packaging materials. Assist with packing, shipping, and preparing customer orders, including skid preparation when required. Operate forklifts and move palletized materials while following all safety procedures. Assist with loading, unloading, cleaning, and packing goods. Occasionally pick up parts from local suppliers. Support continuous improvement initiatives and stockroom organization efforts. Assist planners and other team members as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Handle expensive and delicate components with a high degree of care and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED Willing to complete in-house certification training Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-oriented Valid driver's license required Basic SAP or inventory system experience is a plus Previous warehouse, retail, or inventory experience preferred Experience with forklift and pallet jack preferred System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
