While the specific duties may vary a bit, the general role of the Photo employee is to help W8 shipping to maintain in compliance with shipping regulations to ensure that all cars on the lot are properly photographed for documentation purposes and cleared of any small trash, open water bottles, and any other items not approved for transport. At W8 Shipping, the Production Worker is the employee who is assigned primary responsibility for photographing vehicles and clearing them from debris allowing for transport . Urgency for completion is expected, at W8 Shipping would like to meet transport deadlines, so fast pace is expected. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vison, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Appearance and Conduct The Photo Worker is expected to be dressed in a uniform shirt provided. Vehicle Checker is expected to conduct themselves in a friendly, customer satisfaction directed manner.
