Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become an essential part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, returns management, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting efficient warehouse distribution processes. Employees who meet applicable full-time service and hour requirements may become eligible for benefits. Full-time status generally requires 1,500 hours of work per year . Duties Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, and other material handling tools to load and unload goods Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and ERP systems Ensure proper stocking, packaging, and labeling of products in compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy Support shipping & receiving activities by coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely dispatch of orders Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and ERP systems Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing procedures, and international trade regulations is a plus Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects safely (50-70lbs), and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in warehouse management! Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
