Overview We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team and support our logistics and distribution operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records, managing shipping and receiving processes, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Duties Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves and ensuring proper packaging for shipments Support shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations Conduct data entry related to inventory updates, order processing, and shipment documentation Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts safely and effectively to move materials as needed Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Ability to operate equipment like forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse tools Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and inventory control Excellent customer service mindset when interacting with team members or external carriers Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations is a plus Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects safely, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Join us as a Warehouse Associate to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence.
