Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking several Warehouse Associates on 2nd and 3rd shifts to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the production support team supporting the efficient handling and organization of finished goods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Pay Range: $21.80/hr + Some Overtime
• Shift: 2nd Shift- 3:00pm-11:00pm
• 3rd Shift- 11pm-7:00am
• What's the Job?
• + Operate strapping and banding equipment to secure finished products + Stack and organize finished goods according to company standards + Monitor product quality and identify damaged items or machine jams + Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols + Assist in preparing products for storage or shipment
• What's Needed?
• + High school diploma or GED + Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy bundles + Willingness to work in a fast-paced, loud manufacturing environment + Basic understanding of measuring tools and safety procedures + Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
