Cargill is seeking a Warehouse Technician II to support our manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. In this role, you will receive, store, and distribute ingredients and finished products, operate forklifts and material-handling equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will follow strict food-safety and quality standards, assist with basic equipment checks, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot warehouse and material-handling equipment safely Receive, inspect, and accurately document inbound materials and finished goods Pick, stage, and load outbound orders to meet production and shipping schedules Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and warehouse management systems Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, safety, and food-quality standards Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and organization of warehouse areas Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues Report hazards, near-misses, and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills Forklift operation Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Inventory control Shipping and receiving Palletizing and staging Basic equipment troubleshooting RF scanners and barcoding Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Basic computer/data entry skills Understanding of safety and lockout/tagout procedures
