Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Loader/Unloader to support our distribution operations. This is a hands-on role involving continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, loading, and unloading throughout the workday.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Responsibilities Load and unload trailers by hand using gravity rollers. Move cartons on and off pallets for inbound and outbound shipments. Label cartons for outbound shipments (approximately 5,000-6,000 packages per week). Receive and unload incoming truckloads, including palletized and floor-loaded freight. Keep the work area clean, organized, and efficient. Follow safe material-handling practices and company procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required . Forklift experience is a plus. Comfortable with continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Able to repeatedly lift and move boxes throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding distribution environment.
