Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Production Workers for a well-established manufacturing facility in Maumee, OH. These are hands-on production opportunities working with packaged products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties, schedules, and pay may vary depending on the department and placement. Available shifts are based on current client needs and openings and may vary by department.

Pay:

$17-$18/hr depending on department and shift

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM 1st

Shift:

Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM 1st

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM 3rd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 PM-6:30 AM 3rd

Shift:

Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM Overtime may be mandatory for some departments and voluntary for others. Responsibilities of the Production Worker Depending on the department, responsibilities may include: Working on a production and packaging line Handling and stacking 30-50 lb. bags throughout the shift Filling, sealing, moving, and packaging product Monitoring product quality and packaging Following production and safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organized work area Meeting production goals while working as part of a team Performing other general production duties as assigned Qualifications of the Production Worker Ability to lift and handle 30-50 lbs. throughout the shift Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive work Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required

Respirator Requirement:

Some departments require employees to be fitted for and wear a respirator. Candidates must be able to meet the requirements for respirator use.
