Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Pataskala, OH. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and working as part of a team to meet production goals. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but we are willing to train candidates with strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a positive attitude. You will work closely with production, quality, safety, and engineering teams to help manufacture high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Follow work instructions and safety procedures Support production operations to meet daily goals Operate tools, equipment, and production machinery safely Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards Work both independently and as part of a team Identify opportunities for process improvement Follow company policies and safety guidelines Assist with additional production-related tasks as needed Minimum Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
