Access to a retirement plan, financial fitness, and employee savings programs A Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for manually moving goods around warehouses or other industrial sites. In addition to loading and unloading deliveries from trucks and placing products in the designated locations.
Position Requirements:
Manually maneuvering and using a forklift to safely move goods around the warehouse
1+ year prior warehouse & forklift operation experience required
Assist with daily inventory cycle counting tasks
Stacking and unstacking goods onto storage shelves using reach-truck forklift
Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport
Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas
Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages and reporting if needed
Wrapping pallets to prepare goods for transport
Keeping up to date on any safety regulations, as well as forklift operating procedures
Consolidating pallets as needed
Accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work independently and as a team
Able to read and comprehend written instructions
Able to perform simple math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
Basic computer/keyboarding skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, twist and bend to the floor for the duration of a work period
Lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment up to 40 pounds
Must have positive communication and interpersonal skills
Education Required:
