Monday - Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a full-time General Laborer position in Derry, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company with the intention of being hired permanently based on performance and attendance.

•May have to train on daylight 6AM-2PM before moving to night shiftUpon permanent hire, employees become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including: UPMC Healthcare Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with Company Match Responsibilities Understand and follow production specifications and work instructions Monitor machine controls during operation Pull product samples for quality checks Record production data, including speeds, temperatures, and weights Report machine malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues immediately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as needed Qualifications Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn manufacturing processes Strong basic math skills Legible handwriting and accurate recordkeeping abilities Excellent work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and professional demeanor Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety procedures
