Objective:

We are looking for a Pallet Repairer to join our team. This is a piece rate position, which means your pay is based on your production. The more you produce, the more you earn. This role is best for someone who is self-motivated and wants to control their own pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair pallets by removing damaged boards and replacing them with new or recycled parts Use tools such as a rip hammer and pneumatic nail gun (training provided) Follow all safety rules at all times Make sure pallets are safe, including fixing or removing any sticking nails Keep track of how many pallets you repair each shift Help with sorting, stacking, and general cleanup as needed

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Pneumatic Nail Gun:

1 year (Required) Able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to stand for the full shift Able to use or learn to use a nail gun and read a tape measure Works well with others Self-driven and able to keep up in a fast-paced, physical job Reliable and shows up to work on time
