) Gilbertsville, PA Join a Growing American Manufacturer Penflex is looking for a dependable, hardworking Third Shift Material Handler to join our growing manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in keeping production running by moving materials throughout the facility, staging work for production, supplying manufacturing departments, and putting finished inventory away. This is a permanent third shift position . To ensure your success, you'll begin with approximately 60 days of paid training on first shift before transitioning to third shift. - 7:00 AM Four 10-hour shifts 30-minute paid lunch Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off Overtime available as needed Pay $24 per hour Based on experience, reliability, and qualifications.

What You'll Do Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment Transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility Supply production departments with materials needed to keep equipment running Move finished products to staging and storage areas Put inventory away accurately and maintain organized storage locations Assist with loading, unloading, and receiving materials as needed Help maintain accurate inventory movement throughout the plant Keep aisles, staging areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and safe Work closely with production employees to keep manufacturing running efficiently Qualifications Minimum 1 year forklift experience (Required) Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Dependable attendance and positive work ethic Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently while supporting multiple production departments Team-oriented with good communication skills Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave Employee Referral Program On-the-job training Advancement opportunities Stable, full-time employment About Penflex Penflex is a leading U.S. manufacturer of flexible metal hose, braid, and expansion joint products used in critical industrial applications around the world.
