Warehouse Worker (Shipyard - Hollywood, SC) Morning Shift (6 a.m. Start) Condustrial, Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker for the Hollywood, SC Shipyard to support operations at a busy maritime facility. This Warehouse Worker position is ideal for individuals who enjoy morning shifts (6 a.m.) , hands-on work in an industrial environment, and are comfortable working in non-climate-controlled conditions . The selected candidate will assist with material handling, inventory control, tool room operations, and warehouse organization while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and reliability.

Warehouse Worker Responsibilities:

Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment Assist with tool room check-in/check-out procedures Support inventory counts and report discrepancies Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and job-ready Work closely with supervisors and team members to support daily shipyard operations Maintain equipment/tools in working/charged conditions

Warehouse Worker Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse, industrial, construction, or shipyard experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment, including hot and cold weather conditions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work weekends and overtime as required Morning Shift ONLY (6 a.m. start) Willingness to work 40+/- hours per week based on project needs Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus Veterans are encouraged to apply Valid driver's license preferred
