We are seeking a reliable and hard working Warehouse associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping receiving task. The position may also require the candidate to operate a box truck for local deliveries, so a clean drivers record is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain proper stock levels and perform regular inventory checks. Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, following company procedures and safety standards. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, and ensure items are handled with care to prevent damage. Box Truck Driving (if required): Drive a box truck to transport goods to customers, vendors, or other company locations. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries and pickups, following assigned routes and schedules. Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle. Ensure all necessary documentation for deliveries is completed accurately.

Other Duties:

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed. Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve department goals. Assist in the maintenance and organization of warehouse tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. Experience driving box trucks (or similar vehicles) and knowledge of local roads is a plus. Purchasing expereince is a plus Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training will be provided).

Skills and Attributes:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physically demanding tasks.

Requirements:

A clean driving record with a valid driver's license (required for box truck driving). Ability to pass background checks and drug screening. High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods. Must be able to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required, depending on operational needs.
