Warehouse Associate Enertech Global LLC Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate
Maintain inventory by utilizing mobile scanners & computer ERP database
Ability to make accurate stock moves/transfers in company ERP database
Print bar codes using scanners and other equipment as needed
Performs receiving & shipping functions by following established procedures
Complete all receiving & shipping paperwork accurately
Perform material handler duties as needed; retrieve & deliver materials to production line; pull cabinets for production line, remove items from production lines
Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment
Check product orders
Check incoming materials for freight damage; initiate freight claims process if necessary
Organize and stock materials in receiving warehouse once bar-coded
Remove finished heat pumps from end of production line and put in racks in finished goods warehouse
Prepare and assemble shipments; packages, labels, and stages materials following established procedures including international shipments and orders
Perform quotes and schedules shipments for freight carriers
Ensure that products processed for shipping are delegated to correct courier Enertech Global, LLC. Prolonged periods of standing at work station(s) and/or walking through warehouses
Successfully pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
