We are seeking a dependable Porter/Groundskeeper to join a busy apartment community in the Conroe, TX area. This position plays a key role in maintaining the property's curb appeal and supporting the maintenance team with day-to-day community upkeep. Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, stairwells, and common areas

Remove trash, debris, and litter throughout the property

Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior property upkeep

Perform power washing of walkways, breezeways, building exteriors, and other surfaces as needed

Support the maintenance team with general community tasks

Prepare vacant apartment homes by removing trash and assisting with light cleaning

Walk the property daily to identify and address curb appeal concerns

Help maintain a safe, clean, and resident-friendly environment

Qualifications

Previous groundskeeping, porter, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
