•Friday, 7:00 AM

•4:00 PM (OT as needed) Key Responsibilities Update, maintain, and organize inventory records, files, and material documentation. Issue materials under proper authorization and maintain related records. Check incoming materials for quantity, condition, and compliance; report irregularities. Process and manage returned materials; sort usable vs. non-usable items. Prepare materials for shipment or storage, including required shipping documentation. Operate material handling equipment such as 12K forklifts, telehandlers, hoists, cranes, and pallet jacks. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy adjustments. Support supervisor and team members with storage organization and material relocation. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, material handling, warehousing, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills. Physical capability to lift up to 70 pounds; successful completion of a Physical Ability Test (PAT) is required. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Motivated, dependable, team-oriented, respectful, and flexible. Ability to work safely indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Construction or heavy equipment experience preferred; training may be provided for specialized equipment.
