Job Description

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

$17.00/hour

Rosharon, TX Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY

Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is partnering with a chemical manufacturing warehouse in the Rosharon area to find a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers opportunities for growth once hired permanently. RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, ship, inventory, and accurately record materials.
Operate a forklift to safely move and organize materials.
Use a pallet jack to stage wrapped pallets.
Stage and wrap pallets in preparation for shipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure received items are properly documented and stored.
Load and unload shipments.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous warehouse experience required.
Forklift experience preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
