Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is partnering with a chemical manufacturing warehouse in the Rosharon area to find a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers opportunities for growth once hired permanently. If you have warehouse experience, are dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, ship, inventory, and accurately record materials.
- Operate a forklift to safely move and organize materials.
- Use a pallet jack to stage wrapped pallets.
- Stage and wrap pallets in preparation for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure received items are properly documented and stored.
- Load and unload shipments.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
