General Laborer Spotwork Seabrook, TX Job Details Full-time $16 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Packing Attention to detail Warehouse experience Pallet jack Picking & packing Full Job Description Overview We are looking for a reliable General Laborer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for general labor, hand-gun scanning, repetitive motion, standing all day, and identifying SKU numbers with attention to detail. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and help ensure orders are completed correctly and on time. Responsibilities Pick items from warehouse shelves using a pick list or RF scanner Pack products securely to prepare them for shipment Verify items, quantities, size, and quality to ensure order accuracy Stage completed orders for shipping or delivery Use manual pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment when required Assist with inventory counts, receiving, or auditing when needed Maintain a clean and organized work area (breaking down boxes, sweeping, etc.) Follow all warehouse safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisors Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach for long periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attendance and punctuality Previous warehouse or order picking experience is an asset but not required
