Job Description

Overview Shadow Mountain Productions is seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Technician to help prepare and maintain equipment for concerts, festivals, corporate events, rentals, and other live productions. This position works under the Production Warehouse Manager and supports daily equipment prep, returns, inventory, loading, and warehouse organization.

Approximately 10-25 hours per week, primarily weekdays; hours may vary with the production calendar

Occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, deliveries, or event support may be requested

Bluffdale, Utah Compensation:
Starting at $18/hr Responsibilities Pull, test, clean, label, pack, and stage equipment according to prep lists and direction from the Warehouse Manager. Load and unload production equipment, road cases, carts, and supplies safely. Process returned equipment by checking it in, inspecting it, cleaning it, charging batteries, and putting it away. Identify and report missing, damaged, incomplete, or malfunctioning equipment. Keep equipment, cables, cases, tools, shelves, and work areas clean and organized. Assist with inventory counts, labeling, receiving, and restocking supplies. Prepare trucks and trailers for loading and help secure equipment as directed. Follow warehouse safety procedures and use appropriate lifting and material-handling practices. Communicate prep progress, equipment issues, and completed work to the Warehouse Manager. Assist with deliveries, pickups, load-ins, and load-outs when scheduled. Qualifications Warehouse, equipment-rental, AV, live-event, or production experience is preferred but not required. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow equipment lists and written instructions. Comfortable working independently on assigned tasks and as part of a crew. Willing to learn proper handling of audio, lighting, video, staging, rigging, power, and other event-production equipment. Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and move heavier items with a team or appropriate equipment. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred. Forklift experience or certification is a plus; forklift operation is not required unless the employee has received the necessary training and authorization. Experience driving non-CDL box trucks or towing trailers is a plus, but not required for this position.
