Warehouse Associate Shift:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm ($17/hr)

Draper, UT Contract To Hire, Long-Term Job Description The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment within a fast-paced distribution warehouse. You will handle a variety of products, maintain inventory accuracy, and support daily shipping and receiving operations while following established safety and quality standards. The standard schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately. Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse. Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Meet daily productivity and quality goals. Essential Skills Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred. Ability to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders. Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity goals. Able to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working with warehouse inventory systems or similar tools. Previous work in a distribution warehouse environment. Exposure to packaging and labeling standards for consumer products. Ability to follow written and scanner-based instructions with minimal supervision. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
