Temp-to-perm About the Role As a Material Handler, you will work in a traditional warehouse environment, accurately picking and moving parts to fulfill customer orders, maintaining organized work areas, and ensuring accurate inventory records. This role may convert to permanent based on your performance and attendance. Key Responsibilities Pick, move, and place parts per customer and work orders, following proper procedures and documentation Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents to determine materials to be gathered, distributed, or shipped Communicate effectively with customers, third-party vendors, and internal teams to verify and escalate service orders as needed Move items from racks, shelves, bins, or bulk containers per predefined sequences (by size, type, color, style, or product code) Assist in counting and tracking materials/items received or distributed; participate in inventory counts as needed Maintain inventory control and ensure records are accurate and up to date Ensure timely and accurate shipments and receipts Organize the facility, warehouse, and work areas for orderliness (5S and housekeeping duties) Unload, de-palletize, and transport server racks to designated locations Receive, check, and book deliveries; assist with unboxing and re-boxing items as needed Respond to and resolve inquiries related to receiving and tasks Other duties as assigned to support production and site KPIs Key Qualifications Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
