Nexeo Staffing is seeking a General Labor Associate to support recycling operations through material sorting, cardboard processing, and facility upkeep. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and contributing to an efficient operation. Responsibilities Sort materials from recycling and waste collection bins. Separate recyclable and non-recyclable materials according to established procedures. Break down cardboard and operate a cardboard baler safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies. Assist with facility cleanup and general labor duties as needed. Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Ability to work in an industrial environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness. Previous labor, production, warehouse, or recycling experience preferred but not required.

Preferred:

Experience operating a cardboard baler or other material-handling equipment. Pay $12.00 per hour Schedule Full Time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-3:30 PM Nexeo Benefits
