Job Summary We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team and support employees in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with employees, supervisors, and management.

Schedule:

2:45 PM-11:15 PM Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times. Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic computer skills. Ability to adapt to different work environments and responsibilities within the company. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Must be flexible and available to work overtime when needed. Responsibilities Support employee relations by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing assistance to employees. Monitor, document, track, and follow up on workplace incidents and employee concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and databases. Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, paperwork, and documentation. Communicate professionally and effectively with employees, supervisors, and management. Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Human Resources Department as needed. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information. Pay:
