Job Description

Position:

Warehouse Assistant Lucy Blossoms, LLC is an DMV/Ashburn-based events and design company creating high-quality events from the ground up.

As a Warehouse Assistant at Lucy Blossoms, this role is essential to keeping our event operations running smoothly. We handle the vision, and planning, and we are seekinghardworking, solution-focused, and detail-oriented individuals to help execute our vision. We create the ability for you to harness your creative side while gaining real experience in the events industry!

Requirements:

Daytime hours will vary (6-8 hours shifts) Monday-Friday with occasional weekend coverage Reliable transportation to Ashburn, VA (warehouse/HQ) and the greater DMV area (for events if needed) Valid Drivers' License, and personal vehicle. Excellent communication skills and an "friendly" personality Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Comfort in inclement weather conditions (within reason) A self-starter mindset - dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented

Professional and polished when interacting with clients, vendors, and partners A genuine passion for events, weddings, and creative design The ability to learn and grow within the events industry Enjoys hands on work while being productive in a fun & friendly environment Solutions driven individual What a day at Lucy Blossoms would look like: Assisting with daily warehouse tasks including painting, loading and unloading, and other preparations for events (balloons, florals, backdrops). Supporting senior team members during live event execution when needed Running event & company related errands (when needed) Helping ensure every event prep meets Lucy Blossoms' standards for quality, design, and detail Pay/Schedule Starting at $25 per hour Contract position (1099) - First 90 Days Flexible contract-based work
