At Pierce we believe that the "Difference is Service" and the General Warehouse role is an integral part of our operation.

Job summary:

The successful individual has a can do attitude, a drive for producing quality work, and the ability to actively participate in a team environment. This position will be responsible for general warehouse duties including machine operation, order fulfillment, staging material, monitoring active jobs, pre-shipment preparation and shipping staging.

Minimum Qualifications:

Solid interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, team environment.

• Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and qualify to operate an overhead crane and fork lift.
• Experience in metal, aluminum, or cutting machinery is a plus but is not required.
