What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities Load, rack, and hang metal parts according to production requirements Inspect parts for defects, damage, or quality issues before loading Follow established patterns to ensure proper spacing and coating coverage Unload finished parts and organize them for the next stage of production Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all facility safety procedures Work closely with machine operators and production leads to meet daily quotas Lift, carry, and move materials throughout the production floor Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor preferred Ability to lift and move parts throughout the shift Comfortable working on your feet in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented
