  • Must have active TS/SCI with Poly clearance
  • This position assists in performing administrative and fundamental procurement assignments, material shipment tracing, and expediting activities with vendors.
  • Maintain material management logs and input material management commitment-related information into databases (such as approved material management reference system, Maximo, etc.)
  • Routing materials to assigned storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials.
  • May be required to update approved material management reference system for buyers
  • Operate hand and power trucks in performing warehouse duties
  • Organize and maintain files
  • Other duties as assigned #Intel ## Basic Job Requirements
  • A combination of education and directly related experience equal to two (2) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner ## Other Job Requirements
  • Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Minimum of two (2) years of inventory management experience. ## Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent
  • Reasonably good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs
