Co-Staff Corp. is currently hiring Grain Elevator Laborers for a valued agricultural client in Clinton, Wisconsin . This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals looking to gain experience in grain handling and agricultural operations while earning substantial overtime during the busy harvest season. This hands-on position involves unloading grain, operating equipment, performing general labor duties, and supporting daily grain elevator operations. Schedule Day Shift:

Typically 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hours may vary based on harvest demands and weather conditions Frequent overtime required during peak season Expect 60-70 hours per week , including weekends during harvest Key Responsibilities Unload grain trucks, railcars, and gravity wagons Assist with grain receiving, handling, and storage operations Operate equipment such as augers, skid loaders, and forklifts (training available) Perform general labor duties, including shoveling grain and material cleanup Work both outdoors and inside grain handling facilities as needed Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines Support additional projects and maintenance tasks as assigned Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and standing for extended periods Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, wind, and cold temperatures Willingness to work overtime and weekends during harvest season Forklift, skid loader, agricultural, grain handling, or general labor experience is helpful but not required Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Grain elevator operations Agriculture or farming General labor Material handling Forklift operation Warehouse or manufacturing environments Why Work With Co-Staff Corp.?
