Job Description
Essential Duties/Responsibilities (5-7 Maximum):
- Clerical duties to maintain accuracy in records of parts and supplies received and distributed.
- Receive, inventory, and warehousing of parts and supplies.
- Stores parts/supplies in such a way as to facilitate efficient distribution.
- Issues routine parts/supplies to authorized personnel as they are properly requested.
- Handles requisitions for parts in accordance with company policy.
- Assists in maintaining accurate inventory by monitoring records.
- Performs cycle counts and reconciles differences.
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains security of warehouse.
- Helps to maintain warehouse in clean orderly condition.
- Performs other duties as required.
Position Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of computers.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to use parts catalogs (computer).
Training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
