Job Title:

Warehouse Clerk 1. Main duties and responsibilities Receiving materials: Receive deliveries from suppliers, unload trucks, and check that the correct quantities have arrived and that items are not damaged.

Storing stock:

Place materials and spare parts in their correct warehouse bins and storage locations.

Issuing supplies:

Collect and issue requested parts and supplies to mine personnel.

Record keeping:

Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately using computer systems or other required methods.

Stock control:

Conduct inventory checks and help ensure that physical stock matches the recorded quantities.

Safety and housekeeping:

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and free from hazards.

Equipment operation:

Operate a forklift and other machinery when required.

Other duties:
