Requirements:
Must have Driver's license; Willingness to work outdoors, on-foot, for long hours at a time, in all weather conditions You'll patrol an assigned zone in uniform (employer provided), keeping the area clean and inviting while serving as a welcoming presence for pedestrians. Most of your day is litter collection and graffiti removal — physical, active work where you can see the difference you're making in your community.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Cleaning & Maintenance Patrol your zone with a rolling supply cart, collecting litter, fast food bags, cigarette butts, and debris from sidewalks, gutters, and alleys Clean and sanitize odorous areas, including human/pet waste, using a power washer or other equipment Remove graffiti, stickers, posters, and handbills from light posts, trash cans, news boxes, and other public infrastructure Pull weeds from tree wells, sidewalk cracks, and vacant areas Wipe down and straighten outdoor surfaces like trash can lids and news boxes Assist with minor landscaping, pressure washing, and special projects as needed Community & Reporting Greet pedestrians, offer directions, and assist visitors, residents, and workers Interact respectfully with unhoused individuals and connect them with available local resources when appropriate Report infrastructure damage, graffiti on private property, and suspicious activity via smartphone and two-way radio Log daily tasks and completed work using a smartphone

Requirements High school diploma or GED Drivers License Physical ability to walk continuously throughout an 8-hour shift with breaks in accordance with local laws Able to lift up to 25 lbs Able to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions Basic smartphone proficiency Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment Preferred (not required) Prior janitorial, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience
