The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning trash bins and transporting equipment. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both employees and clients. Duties Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, houses, rental properties, and common spaces. Rinse, scrub, and deodorize trash bins to maintain cleanliness. Drive around town in your vehicle going to client locations. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Requirements Valid drivers license. Personal vehicle capable of hauling all equipment. Can't be a tiny car. Smart phone. Skills Strong attention to detail. Good time management skills and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality. Ability to work independently and self-manage. Ability to lift 75lbs or more off the floor.
