Job Summary:
Responsible for the daily collection, sorting, transportation, and cleanup of waste and recyclable materials throughout designated plant areas. III. Job Functions and Duties NO. Representative Duties 1 Collect, sort, and transport waste and recyclable materials from designated areas according to established routes and schedules. 2 Properly separate general waste, recyclables, and production waste and dispose of them in designated areas according to company requirements. 3 Follow EHS, PPE, and safety requirements when handling broken glass, sharp objects, and other production waste, and promptly report hazardous waste, spills, or other abnormal conditions. 4 Properly operate waste carts, hand trucks, compactors, and other related equipment; perform routine inspections and report any issues promptly. 5 Maintain 5S standards in waste collection points, storage areas, and assigned work areas to ensure a clean, safe, and organized workplace. 6 Coordinate with Production, EHS, and other departments as needed. 7 Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time IⅤ. Qualification Job Requirements Language Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin.
Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. Experience Over six months of work experience Education High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Physical Condition The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip) Visual acuity including, but not limited to: a.
