Supervisor CSR Pay:

$15.15•16 per hour (depending on experience)

Supervisor:

$16.00•17.50 per hour (depending on experience) We are currently looking for dependable CSR's and motivated Supervisors to join our team. In these roles, you will help create a positive customer experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Team members play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Answer questions and assist customers with purchases Transaction Processing Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions Handle cash responsibly and provide receipts Inventory & Merchandising Restock merchandise and maintain organized shelves Ensure products are displayed properly Store Cleanliness Maintain a clean store, including the sales floor and restrooms Follow store cleaning procedures throughout the shift Safety & Security Follow store safety procedures and report concerns to management Monitor store activity and ensure a safe environment Teamwork Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Assistant Manager Additional Responsibilities Help supervise staff and assist with scheduling Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures Assist with inventory management and store organization Help train new employees Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations Requirements Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable handling cash and interacting with customers Retail or management experience preferred for Assistant Manager roles Weekend availability preferred

Available Shifts Morning:

6 AM•2

PM Afternoon:

2 PM•10

PM Overnight:

10 PM•6 AM We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Serious applicants only. Reliability and punctuality are very important for this position.
