Position Summary Our customer service represenatives are responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting issues regarding their pest problems. This role may handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call and address all questions in the most pleasant professional manner. Qualities Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette Empathetic listener, sensitive, upbeat, optimistic Enthusiastic attitude and willing to learn Proficient computer skills Must be able to think and work independently, as well as part of a team. Must be organized, resourceful and able to multi-task and problem solve Punctual, reliable, and hard working Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to new and current customers via phone and email, striving to meet highest level of customer satisfaction Make outbound calls or emails on Accounts Receivables and customers regarding account balance. Schedule service visits and appointments Create, schedule, modify, confirm technician routes. Trouble shoot any problems customers may have with service or accounting Assist Inside Sales department creating new accounts and ongoing service. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
