What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a team to deliver fast, friendly, high-quality service Work outdoors and stay active - this is a hands-on leadership role Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and cleanliness standards Provide top-notch customer service and handle challenging situations with confidence Train and coach team members in both English and Spanish Work weekends - availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in Spanish and English (required) High energy with a positive, lead-by-example attitude Extremely organized and good at managing people and priorities Excellent customer service skills, including handling complaints calmly Enjoys physical, outdoor work and staying on their feet all day Reliable, self-motivated, and team-focused

Bonus If You Have:

Experience in car wash, automotive, or service industry Team leadership or management background Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills
