What You'll Do:

Customer Service:

Make sure every guest has an excellent experience and leaves happy.

Quality Control:

Inspect every vehicle to ensure it meets our highest quality standards before being returned to the guest.

Sales:

Make every guest aware of the car wash and detailing services we offer and recommend services based on their needs. Work outdoors and stay active - this is a hands-on leadership role Provide top-notch customer service and handle challenging situations with confidence Work weekends - availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in Spanish and English (required) High energy with a positive, lead-by-example attitude Excellent customer service skills, including handling complaints calmly Enjoys physical, outdoor work and staying on their feet all day Reliable, self-motivated, and team-focused
