Position Overview The ideal candidate will build and repair bikes while providing excellent customer service to a great set of customers in Davis, California.

Key Responsibilities:

Build bicycles Diagnose problems with bicycles, determine turnaround time and communicate the issues with the consumer. Provide great customer service in person and on the phone Contribute to Social Media & Digital Growth (optional) Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience working in customer service & bicycle industry (bike shop, cycling brand, or related field) preferred Passion for cycling and solid knowledge of bicycles, components, and accessories Comfortable creating content (photo/video) (optional) Compensation & Benefits Competitive rates Opportunities for career growth Flexible scheduling Creative input in marketing and branding initiatives
