Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator / Customer Service professional to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our supply chain operations and our valued customers, ensuring seamless delivery processes, exceptional service, and efficient coordination across multiple departments. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence, supporting our mission to deliver quality service with speed and accuracy. Duties Coordinate daily delivery schedules, transportation planning, and route optimization to ensure timely deliveries. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing real-time updates, resolving issues promptly, and managing expectations through excellent customer service. Handle scheduling changes, customer questions, and delivery issues Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly attitude Coordinate with drivers to ensure deliveries are completed efficiently Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-spoken and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone Strong customer service skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or a similar role is a plus Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate among warehouse teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers effectively. Pay:
