HVAC experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person! What You'll Do Be the friendly, welcoming voice of InMotion Mechanical. Answer customer calls with warmth, patience, and professionalism. Schedule service appointments and coordinate technicians' daily routes. Keep customers informed about appointments and service updates. Help customers navigate urgent heating issues with compassion and confidence. Maintain accurate customer and scheduling records. Work closely with our office and field teams to keep operations running smoothly. Help create a positive, encouraging, and supportive workplace.
