Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our wholesale buyers locally, throughout the US and our international customers from South and Central America, Carribeans and pacific Islanders. You will spend your days connecting with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and entering orders from our showroom office. Key Responsibilities Order Processing:

Enter and track wholesale orders quickly and accurately.

Showroom Sales:

Walk clients through our seasonal collections and close sales from our showroom office. Process emailed orders from our catalogs and web orders.

Trade Shows:

Attend ASD Market Week in Las Vegas twice a year (5 days each in March and August) to represent the brand and drive sales.

Account Management:

Support existing clients, follow up with product updates, and reach out to new leads.

Client Support:

Answer questions, resolve order issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships.

Showroom Maintenance:

Keep product displays clean, organized, and ready for buyer visits.

Team Support:

Assist with general daily tasks to keep the sales office running smoothly.

What We Are Looking For Experience:

3+ years in B2B sales, wholesale customer service, or account management preferred.

Communication:

Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email.

Organization:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines without dropping the ball.

Work Ethic:

Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and with a small team.

Travel:

Willing and able to travel to Las Vegas twice a year to attend ASD trade shows.

Language :

Bilingual in Spanish and English written and spoken a plus Compensation Compensation includes a base salary as stated, overtime plus bonuses.

Mon - Fri 8:30 to 5:00

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
