Job Description

Job Summary The Field Service Manager (FSM) leads EAI's field service team, including Field Service Technicians (FSTs) and the Field Service Coordinator, to ensure customers receive safe, timely, and high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems. The FSM builds the schedules, standards, and skills that let the field team operate independently and safely at customer sites, serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical and customer issues, and represents the field service function to the rest of the company. The Field Service Manager will also be required to provide expert-level service to key accounts and supervise the team at customer sites. The FSM is a full-time position reporting to the General Manager. Duties Build and manage technician schedules and dispatch to ensure timely coverage of installation, commissioning, service, repair, and upgrade requests Regularly visit service projects to observe technician performance, coach technique, and reinforce safety and quality standards Provide high-level services to key accounts while training and supporting the Field Service Technicians. Serve as the escalation point for complex troubleshooting, customer complaints, and high-priority or at-risk service calls Review Service Jobs logged in CRM for completeness and accuracy, and hold the team accountable for timely customer follow-up and resolution Partner with the Sales Team to manage customer expectations, quote and scope service contracts, and support account retention and growth Create accurate service quotes that align with the company's profit expectations Track, analyze, and report on service KPIs such as response time, first-time fix rate, job closure, and revenue per technician Own the service department budget, including labor, parts, tools, and fleet/vehicle costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Qualifications Our culture is what makes us exceptional. Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
