We are a sports recovery and wellness facility focused on helping athletes, active adults and everyday clients recover, feel better and perform at their best. Our services include cryotherapy, contrast therapy, red light therapy, compression, sports massage, assisted stretching, chiropractic care, cupping and scraping. This is not a position for someone who wants to simply sit behind a front desk. We are looking for someone who loves talking to people, creates great energy when clients walk in, enjoys recommending services and is excited about helping grow the business. Availability Required Applicants must be available for morning and midday shifts, as well as weekends . Flexible daytime and weekend availability is very important for this position. What You'll Be Doing Greet clients and create a fun, welcoming and professional experience Build relationships with clients and make them feel comfortable and taken care of Check clients in and out for appointments Answer phones, texts and client questions Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments Help therapists and providers rebook clients before they leave Learn our services so you can confidently recommend the right recovery options Educate clients on memberships, packages, promotions and add-on services Actively help sell memberships and packages Look for opportunities to turn single visits into repeat clients Assist with recovery modalities as trained Keep the front desk and common areas clean, organized and ready for clients Support therapists, chiropractors and the rest of the Recovery District team Help keep the daily schedule flowing smoothly Complete opening, closing and daily front desk responsibilities Sales Are an Important Part of This Role We want someone who is comfortable having conversations about memberships, packages and services. You do not need to be pushy. The goal is to listen to what the client needs, educate them on their options and confidently recommend what makes sense for them. If a client is coming in regularly, talk to them about a membership. If they need ongoing recovery, explain our packages. If a therapist recommends they come back, help get that next appointment booked before they leave. This position includes commission opportunities for sales , so the more you learn, engage with clients and help grow the business, the more opportunity you have to earn. Pay:
