ASPEN WE'RE HIRING CLIENT EXPERIENCE & SALON OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Suite Reyad is a luxury hair salon in Aspen, known for highly personalized service and an elevated experience for our local and international clientele. We're looking for a polished, personable and highly organized individual to join our team. $25/HOUR + PERFORMANCE

BONUS UP TO

$500/MONTH Following successful completion of the paid trial period

THE ROLE WHAT WE OFFER

Manage bookings and optimize the schedule
Answer client calls, texts and emails
Welcome clients and provide a high-touch experience
Manage cancellations, waitlists and rebooking
Support smooth day-to-day salon operations
4-6 week paid trial period
Complimentary hair services
Ongoing training
Annual performance and salary review

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Professional, warm, proactive, dependable and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Concierge or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
