Entry Level Manager Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team with coordinating daily activities, priorities, and team goals. Support team members through coaching, feedback, and hands-on development. Participate in customer engagement and sales activities to build confidence and business knowledge. Learn how to communicate company goals, expectations, and updates effectively. Help monitor team progress and contribute to sales and performance objectives. Develop knowledge of Verizon products, services, customer solutions, and sales processes. Gain experience with customer service, sales operations, and day-to-day business activities. Work with leadership to maintain a productive and professional environment while developing toward greater responsibility as an Entry Level Manager .
